i just recently found my fiona apple (tidal) album. i remember when it came out, kroq would play "criminal" non-stop and nearly the whole world was sick of hearing her voice, begging for another single to be released. anyway, aside for a few scratches, skipped tracks, and all-around misplacing later, i'm glad i can appreciate it more than i did then. like most music, people, and things. hmm, metaphor.
for the rest of the week, i highly recommend good movies, good music, extended sleep, clever quotes, trips to the beach, mutual masturbation, and absolutely no alcohol.. for a slightly shinier moment.

i've been meaning to update this thing, but other stuff kept coming up, so i had to change my priorities over and over again. thus, my uneventual life has turned into a whirlwind, which is a pretty funny thing to say when you're life generally consists of working, eating, sleeping, making love, reading, and watching movies.
anyway, easter sunday, i was all ready to get that tattoo i've been talking about for so long, when i get pulled over by a cop. he tells me i'm driving at 65mph in a 35mph zone. that's according to his radar, obviously. i smile, make kiss-ass conversation, i even tell him i was on my way home from church (which is true). he quickly glances at my license and registration, and finally, decides to let me go with a warning. so you see, being charming has its benefits. ja! i didn't get the tattoo though. as it turns out, vinnie and i wouldn't agree on a place to have the tattoo done. initially i wanted the tattoo on the back of the left hip, but vinnie kept nagging about how uncomfortable that would be, so, i'm basically back at one. =/
and since i'm on the subject, i find girls covered in tattoos to be very irresistable. or at least sexy. of course, there's a limit to what i consider to be sexy, and neither krystyne kolorful or julia gnuse are it.
the one thing that bums me out right now is that i don't cook. i clean, but i don't cook. the boyfriend and i are too busy all the time. so we're eating out a lot and that's lame. eating out is lame. eating in is good. eating fresh is better. eating pussy is the best. and i'll leave you with that because eating pussy really is the best. =P

i don't believe in people; people (with their faults and mine combined) are a disappointment, no matter how genuine they are. and yet i'm attracted to people. were the preliminaries to dating eliminated, i'd be a contented serial dater. but i believe i'd also be happy living and wreaking havoc on my own if it meant that someone might want to talk to me the next day or instance.
why the inbred outlook to that alternative? because as much as i can dislike men at times, nothing beats a pair of hands making a concerted effort to make me melt into iridescent pools of color. or perhaps, not much else.
i miss california. warm weather and yes, the sun. i miss sand in my toes, real mexican food, riding horses in the desert, and being able to see all the stars in the sky is a hundred times more amazing than it sounds.
two more days in new york.

- coming back home on thursday.
- listening to mogwai.
- eating skittles.
